Nut Free Protein Balls

Sunbutter and Oat Protein Balls

Ingredients 

1 cup Sunflower Seed butter

¼  cup Honey

1 cup Oats

2 Tbsp Chia seeds

¼ cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Pinch Salt 

Directions

  1. Finely grind oats in a food processor. 

  2. Mix sunflower seed butter, and honey in a bowl with a whisk. 

  3. Combine Chia seeds, oats and salt in a bowl and mix with a clean whisk. 

  4. Add your oat mixture into your sun flower seed butter and mix with a spatula until combined. 

  5. Add in chocolate chips and mix until combined. 

  6. Use a tablespoon to scoop out and roll your mixture into balls. 

  7. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes on a parchment covered sheet tray or plate. 

  8. Take out and enjoy!

*You may also melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a Bain-marie and drizzle it on top of your protein balls and roll them in shredded coconut.
