Easy Healthy Snack

These Granola Bars are so yummy and easy to make. They are nut free and packed with protein.

Granola Bars


Ingredients

1-11/2 cups Sunbutter

½ cup Maple Syrup

2 ½ cups Rolled Oats

½ cup Pumpkin Seeds

½ Cup Sunflower Seeds

½ Cup Craisins

1 cup Dark chocolate chips, to mix in or melt in a double boiler to drizzle on top (optional)

Directions

Warm sunbutter in a pot to soften. If its smooth enough you can skip the warming step. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon until combined. Pour out and press flat into a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Try to flatten it as evenly as possible. I use a rolling pin to roll it out, just make sure to put parchment paper on top of your mixture before rolling it out to avoid everything sticking to the rolling pin. Cool in fridge for 1 hour. Take out and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.  Let chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to harden. Cut into squares and enjoy!
